📦 Return & Refund Policy

At Punjab Da Saag, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
However, due to the nature of food products, we follow a No Return Policy once a parcel is safely delivered.

✅ If your parcel arrives damaged or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures or a short video.
We will replace it with a fresh pack at no additional cost.

❌ No returns or refunds will be accepted if the parcel is delivered in safe and good condition.
